Thanks Jeremy! We love crossfit and EA and look forward to being part of the EA family for many more years to come! Over the past year I've lost 19 lbs and am in the best shape ever...all thanks to crossfit!

Dear Jeremy,
I want to thank you for the attention you offer me.
I do know that I shall never achieve a high level of fitness, mostly because of my age and the arterial chronic disease I suffer from.
I always give the very best I can. I enjoy each single class and at the end of the training, deep in my heart I always thank "God" for keeping me alive.
I also would like to tell you how much I appreciate Jason. He is a wonderful young man, very attentive to each single member's need. He applies his educational background to our daily training. I believe he has a bright future in the field of health and fitness.
A last word... I always enjoy seeing Darian at the gym. He is a wonderful kid and you have the right to feel proud of him.
This evening, we ran out of water at the fountain. I asked him if he could bring a new container, he immediately took care of the problem. What a charming adolescent!
Sincerely,
Claudine

the fat joke" because she'd accepted her curves.)
"When people talk about my weight, I'm like, 'You seem to have a problem with it; I don't," she explains. "I'm fine! I've never felt uncomfortable on the red carpet or anything."
Check out pics of scary skinny stars. The singer tells the mag she's been working out with CrossFit, a strength training and cardio program used by police academies and military special operations, according to its Web site.
"I love it! It's like boot camp," she says. "You never work out more than 35 minutes, but it's so intense. You do things like box jumps, then 50 sit-ups, then 50 squats and then running.

They laugh at me, because most of the time they're like, 'Oh, my God, I don't want to go,' and I'm the one saying, 'I'm ready!'" she goes on. "It makes me feel like GI Jane. It's very empowering. I feel like I can whup a--! And in my shows, everybody has noticed. They're like, 'Dude, you have 100 percent more energy!'"

Dear Jeremy,
Thank you! This means a lot.
I appreciate what you and Nelson and everyone else provides - you are all
amazing and as much as I have wanted to 'give up' your personal attention
to each person is inspiring and motivating.
I'll keep in mind the ... time, practice and patience ...and not feel 'incompetent'. :)
