All new members must start with the CF Foundations Program.

You will learn and practice over 22 functional and foundational exercises to prepare you for entry into the CrossFit Team Workouts. Your trainer will modify each exercise and workout to ensure structured progress at a pace that is safe and effective for you. You will also be introduced to new and powerful ideas about nutrition, sleep, flexibility and posture that will boost your progress faster than traditional methods.
CrossFit Team Classes:
Here you get to pick and choose the days and times that fit your schedule. There's 124 class hours each month to choose from. No more reasons to miss a workout.
The Foundations Program introduced you to hard work, proper form and technique and what it will take to achieve your goals. Now this is where you get to put it to the test. Each class hour will average 5-12 members. Each person will work at their own fitness level and pace. Your coach will modify each workout to your needs and ensure safety and progress as well as help you reach your goals.
If you're serious and want to meet your goals this is the program for you. This is the absolute best training money can buy! Compare this to private personal training averaging $60.00/hr. and you can clearly see that CrossFit is the way to train.
